We also can deliver. Currently we have Lethbridge & Claresholm $5 Delivery with minimum orders of $20. Generally once a week if if we have enough orders coming in for that location. We meet at a designated location at a set time. Message us if you have any questions.

#2 How to we store our root produce?

We consider all of our root produce as a live plant. Yes they will still want to grow if storage conditions are not met. Below is a suggested storage list & if you have a time tested method from days gone by let us know, we love to learn!

Potatoes: Cool, at least below 8-10 degrees 2-3 degrees best if possible. Keep them dark as potatoes will turn green & photosynthesis like a plant leaf & grow. Dry, they like 65-75% humidity. Common is to store in a cardboard box or vented bag with the top open in a dark cool room. And occasionally check for rot or mildew or growth.

Carrots & Red Beets: Cool 2-3 degrees best, any warmer they will grow foliage again (which can be trimmed off) Dark no light if possible. 85 to 95% humidity otherwise they will go limp & soggy (can be brought back to full crisp by letting them soak in cold clean water for a day). Best is in an almost sealed slightly bag or container in a fridge. Many other methods are can done if one has a cool room or root cellar or a simple back yard & shovel & elbow grease if storing larger quantities.

#3 Can you do bulk or wholesale orders?
