How We Farm

We farm in a practical way, in the good old dirt which has been around since creation. We are not certified organic growers but do grow our produce near to Alberta organic standards. Why are we not organic as we don't use chemicals & try to farm in a sustainable way? Well hard to have fully organic produce if you can smell the neighbors spraying their mix of chemicals from 2 miles away up wind on most days, if that drift of a smell comes around it must still "land" on our produce yet some shape or form. Not only we do not use chemical herbicides & pesticides, we use a combination traditional & modern farming methods to grow & store our crops, but all in the betterment of plant health & production & mostly healthier to eat produce. Better plant health = better tasting products.
