#1 Grade Carrots, Sold in 4, 10, 20 & 50lb bags in either washed or unwashed. These are great for fresh eating to home cooked meals to canning, generally #1 grade is our sweeter winter variety of carrots too! 

#2 Grade Carrots sold in 10, 20 & 50lb bags all unwashed. These are the crooked, odd shaped, cut, snapped carrots misfit carrots that don't fit with the regular crowd of #1 carrots. Great for juicing to large volume users to even snacks for your pets & livestock. 

***Washed veggies will not store as long in storage as unwashed, as the natural protection film is rubbed & washed off. But for those who don't like having unwashed produce, we are more than happy to accommodate you!
