Variety we grew this year is known for its 10-15% higher natural sugar content vs other varieties. All grown without chemical pesticides & herbicides.

Beet root known for its "superfood" attributes in the health world has been a staple root crop all over the world as it stores well & packs a punch with nutrition & health benefits.

Stored best unwashed raw, as surface mold & grime can be easily rinsed off with cold water. But we do offer washing before we package for your convenience.

#2 Grade Beets sold in 10, 20 & 50lb bags, these are the cut, chipped & beat up beets, but still very good for cooking to juicing with a bit of trimming of the beets before processing. Only available unwashed raw.
